- A double-cleanse hair wash
- Gentle scalp exfoliation
- A relaxing head massage and facial massage
- Red light therapy
- A finishing blow-dry, so you can go straight back to your day
Longer treatments add more relaxation: the Premium adds a nourishing clay face mask and a warm-stone shoulder massage, and the Deluxe adds an ice globe facial massage and a warm-stone foot and lower-leg massage.
Vietnamese vs Japanese head spa
Both are built around cleansing and caring for the scalp. In general, Japanese head spas are known for their focus on scalp cleansing and scalp care. Vietnamese-style head spas tend to be longer, more whole-body rituals that add facial, neck and shoulder massage to the wash, so they’re as much about relaxing as they are about your scalp.

How to prepare
Arrive without heavy styling products if you can, and let us know about allergies, fragrance sensitivity, extensions, recent colour, bleach, keratin or other chemical services. Please reschedule if you have an active scalp infection, open sores or an unexplained rash.
